Groundnut Powder

Groundnut powder adds a nutty taste to any recipe to which you add it.
It is common in most Maharashtrians recipes. To make this,
  • Dry roast groundnuts until slightly brown, and you start getting the aroma. (you may also microwave it for 10 min - remove and stir every 3 min)
  • Coarsely grind this. Do not grind until it’s fine. Tastes great when you bite into little pieces of groundnuts!
  • This groundnut powder can be stored upto 20-30 days in an air-tight container to use whenever you require.
